Neteller, PLC is showing small signs of possible resurgence as they make small changes to their web site for non US, Turkish and Canadian residents.
Although thousands of United States residents are in the process of waiting another 75 days for Neteller and Navigant Consulting Inc to formulate a plan for the return of millions of dollars to US members, Neteller has made a small change to features on their web site to make navigation easier for members. For a company that has seemed like it was on the brink of disaster this was the first move at least publicly that might show that Neteller at least is carrying on making improvments and looking towards the future. Many non US members have carried on business as usual with Neteller.
