As the Full Tilt Poker Online Poker Series wound down this past weekend, PocketFivers showed why the best and brightest online poker players in the world are members of this site. Dan “KingDan” Smith finished second in the $535 buy in Main Event for just over $200,000. The event drew 3,798 players and had a prize pool of nearly $1.9 million. Sorel “Imper1um” Mizzi took down Event #8, a $216 Pot Limit Hold’em tournament, for just over $40,000 to become the first two-time FTOPS winner. He promptly followed up his FTOPS performance with a win in the Sunday Warm Up on PokerStars, a truly amazing accomplishment. Luke “AceRunner” Butch placed third in Event #6 for $44,000. PocketFives caught up with some of these winners to get their thoughts a few days removed from their monumental performances on Full Tilt Poker.
