EcoCard probably will leave US online gambling market

It looks like EcoCard will exit from USA online gambling, there are no any official announcements but many operators have been already told that EcoCard will no longer accept payments from online gambling. The main reason of these actions is Neteller, because it’s also a payment system and it was guilt that it didn’t stop offering its service to USA online gambling sites and US customers after UIGEA was signed.

”EcoCard informed us and I’m sure all other casinos that EcoCard stopped accepting payments from US players and it will be replaced with a new system”, said David Brickman from The Jackpot Factory casino.

”They will transfer all existed US customers’ accounts to a new payment system, all accounts with more than $500 in transactions will be invited to move to a new payment system.”

These actions of EcoCard should prevent US customers from the same situation that it was with Neteller.
