From March 1st – 7th, Virgin Poker will run a series of €20 buy-in tournaments with guaranteed prize pools up to €100,000. As well as guaranteeing €250,000 for this series, an additional €15,000 will be awarded to the top 30 poker players based on points awarded to the top 30 players in each event. Sit ‘n’ Go Races
Virgin Poker will be running 6 Sit & Go Races from February to April 2010 with a total prizepool of €90,000!!! Each month Virgin Poker will run a SnG Race between the 1st and 7th of the month, and then a second Race between the 22nd and 28th.
€200,000 Headhunter
Virgin Poker will once again run a €200,000 Headhunter tournament on April 18th @ 17.00. 75% of the prizepool will be paid in prizes and 25% in bounties. Step and regular satellites will run around the clock starting February 22nd.
Bad beat jackpot
The bad beat jackpot was hit on 5th February paying €285,000. The jackpot is hitting on average every 6 weeks and currently stands at €115,000. Virgin Poker regularly boost the jackpot value.
Live Events
Virgin Poker are currently running satellites to qualify for the Irish Poker Open and CAPT. During March satellites will be launched for the WPT Paris and WSOP.
