The iPoker Network is staging an online satellite series awarding winning players with €1,000 Winner’s Packages to live events of the Baltic Hold’em Series. The promotion will feature weekly Super Satellites of €125 + €10 Freezeout, running on Thursdays at 21:00 GMT. Satellites will commence on January 30th, 2011, with the first Super Satellite on February 3rd, 2011.

The Baltic Hold’em Series will feature three main events; Riga, Latvia (February 7th-12th); Tallinn, Estonia (February 21st-26th); and Vilnius, Lithuania (March 7th-12th).

Round 1 of the World Challenge has just over two weeks to go and players are running out of time to secure enough league points to progress into round 2. The pressure is mounting on players like “Mackerk8”, “OnZiE” and “spridboy” who stand in 22nd position with only 20 players to progress into round 2 from the United Kingdom league.
